The Waterford Warranty Team is dedicated to ensure your satisfaction. As the completion of your building nears, we will meet with you on site. Together we review all aspects of the building before you move in.
A Customer Book is provided to you, which includes the certificate of occupancy, paint/colors/flooring/wallpaper used, copies of the building survey and other pertinent information regarding the Professional Park’s Association. You will have all that information at your fingertips.
Later, at 6 months and 11 months after the building’s completion, we follow up again to ensure your complete satisfaction.
